This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the rental-comply.co.uk website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

Rental Comply does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, data, advertising, products, goods or services available or unavailable from, or through, any service providers. You agree that should you use or rely on such content, data, advertisement, products, goods or services, available or unavailable from, or through any service provider, Rental Comply is not responsible or liable, indirectly or directly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with such use or reliance. Your dealings with or participation in promotions of any service provider, and any other terms, conditions, representations or warranties associated with such dealings (including without limitation any Service Contracts), are between you and such service provider exclusively and do not involve Rental Comply. You should make whatever investigation or other resources that you deem necessary or appropriate before hiring or engaging service providers. You agree that Rental Comply is not responsible for the accessibility or unavailability of any service provider or for your interactions and dealings with them, waive the right to bring or assert any claim against Rental Comply relating to any interactions or dealings with any service provider, and release Rental Comply from any and all liability for or relating to any interactions or dealings with service providers.
You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. Sensitive and private data exchange happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and our Website is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. Scans for malware are performed on a regular basis for additional security and protection. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of United Kingdom without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United Kingdom. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in United Kingdom, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
Cancellation. You may cancel your appointment at any time. Refunds are only issued if required by law. For example, customers living in the European Union have the right to cancel their appointments within 14 days of agreeing to the appointment, changing the date or professional will not affect this. No refunds are provided when the given job requires a certificate and is completed within the initial time frame given by the Rental Comply agent unless required equipment to book the appointment malfunctions or the job exceeds the given time frame furthermore we are unable to provide refunds if the documentation or requirement is not needed to uphold the law
