Cancellation
- Prior to Booking Time: Customers have the right to cancel their booking by providing a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or through our designated cancellation portal. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time may be subject to cancellation fees
No Show Policy
- Failure to Attend: If a tenant fails to attend the booking without prior cancellation or notification, no refunds will be provided. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it is essential to inform us in advance if you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment
Legal Requirements
EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
- Compliance with Regulations: As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety of our tenants and maintaining legal compliance, all rental properties are required to undergo regular EICR inspections. These inspections are conducted in accordance with the relevant electrical safety regulations and standards applicable in our jurisdiction. b. Notification: Tenants will be informed in advance about the scheduled EICR inspections, and arrangements will be made to minimize any inconvenience caused. It is vital to cooperate with our qualified electricians during these inspections to ensure the safety of the electrical installations within the property.
PAT Testing (Portable Appliance Testing)
- a. Safety Compliance: To ensure the safety of tenants and to meet legal obligations, all portable appliances provided within the rental property undergo regular PAT testing. This testing involves visual inspections and electrical tests to identify any potential faults or hazards.
b. Tenant Cooperation: Tenants are requested to support our efforts to maintain electrical safety by allowing access to their rented premises for PAT testing when required. Cooperation during these testing procedures will contribute to the overall safety and well-being of all occupants.
Gas Safety
- a. Legal Obligations: Landlords have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety of gas appliances and installations within rental properties. Compliance with relevant gas safety regulations is crucial to prevent hazards and protect the well-being of tenants.
b. Qualified Engineers: Gas safety inspections and necessary checks are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. These inspections assess the safety and performance of gas appliances, flues, and pipework, and are conducted at regular intervals to comply with legal requirements.

Cancellation Form
To cancel a booking, customers are required to fill out and submit our cancellation form at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
Please note that cancellation requests submitted through our official cancellation form will be processed promptly, and any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated in accordance with our cancellation policy.
